How sensitivity conversion works
Each game turns mouse counts into rotation using a yaw multiplier. We use the ratio of those multipliers to preserve the approximate distance needed for a horizontal 360° turn, with the same DPI.
What values do we use?
Valorant: 0.06996 · CS2: 0.022 · Apex Legends: 0.022 · Overwatch 2: 0.0066 degrees per count at sensitivity 1.
These default hipfire conventions follow KovaaK’s published reference values. Customized yaw and scoped settings are outside this tool’s scope.
The method follows KovaaK’s sensitivity matching explanation. Verify your result with a measured turn in-game.
A few things to know
Will both games feel identical?
No. Different fields of view, camera behavior, input processing and zoom levels affect perceived sensitivity. This matches physical turning distance, not on-screen pixel distance.
Does this convert scoped or ADS sensitivity?
No. Use the base, unscoped mouse setting. Scope multipliers and per-hero or per-weapon overrides need separate treatment.
What if I change my DPI?
This converter assumes an unchanged DPI. Keep it fixed when comparing games. In-game sensitivity sliders may also round the number you enter.
